BIL Castors and Wheels manufacture and supply a huge range of solid and pneumatic wheels to suit almost any castor and application requirement. From solid polypropylene and solid nylon (polymide 6) to cast iron and steel - from solid phenolic and solid thermoplastic (for use in high temperatures) to black rubber on steel rims are to name but a few.

There is also a full range of pneumatic wheels with either polypropylene or steel rims and a range of puncture proof wheels when pneumatic wheels are not appropriate.

Polyurethane on Nylon Wheels

Wheels comprise of polyurethane tyre on nylon (polyamide 6) rim. With a wheel diameter range of 80 to 200mm and load capacity range of 200 to 750kg.

Available in a selection of colours.

Polyurethane on Polyprop Wheels

Wheels comprise of red polyurethane tyre on polypropylene rim. With wheel diameter range of 100 to 200mm and load capacity range of 200 to 300kg.

Polyurethane on Aluminium Wheels

Wheels comprise of polyurethane tyre on aluminium rim. With wheel diameter of 80 to 200mm and load capacity of 200 to 800kg. Available in a selection of colours.

Polyurethane on Cast Iron Wheels

Wheels comprise of brown or yellow polyurethane tyre on black cast iron wheel. With a wheel diameter range of 50 to 500mm and load capacity range of 80 to 4500kg.

Elastomer on Aluminium Wheels

Blue solid elastomer tyre on aluminium core rim. With a wheel diameter range of 125 to 200mm and load capacity range of 500 to 700kg.

Anti-Static Wheels

Wheels have a non-marking anti-static grey thermoplastic polyurethane tyre on polypropylene rim or polyurethane tyre on aluminium rim. With a wheel capacity range of 100 to 125mm and load capacity range of 80 to 320kg.
